Symptoms

Users report receiving an ISO Country Code error when attempting to create a new PSR order or access Telephone Number Prefixes.

Error Text:

The three character ISO Country Code (TM):USA, has not been loaded in MetaSolv Solution Utilities for the corresponding country.
