Symptoms

In BRM 7.4 (Patch Set 5 installed), when you subscribe two different deals on a same service, the second subscription fails, with an error in CM pinlog.

Reproduction steps

1. customer creation calling PCM_OP_CUST_CREATE_CUSTOMER
2. service creation calling PCM_OP_CUST_MODIFY_CUSTOMER
3. 1st subscription on service calling PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_PURCHASE_DEAL
4. 2nd subscription on service calling PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_PURCHASE_DEAL
