Goal

How can we achieve requirement that quantity X.1 to X.5 gets rounded to X+1  ?
Currently Demantra does rounding so that the value 0.1 to 0.5 converts to 0 (SO 12.1, to 12.5 gets rounded to 12)

Rounding of client expression is not taking precedence over server expression.

SERVER FF

nvl(sum(decode(branch_data.enter_fore,NULL,(nvl(branch_data.col_for_over,(((nvl(branch_data.
manual_stat,nvl(branch_data.sim_val_1,#FORE@0#*1)) * (1.00 -
nvl(decode(branch_data.trg_cannizn_perc,1,branch_data.trg_cannizn_perc,0),0)) * (1.00 -
nvl(branch_data.src_cannizn_perc,0))*(1.00+nvl(branch_data.manual_fact,0))+nvl(branch_data.f
ixed_prom,0))*(1-nvl(branch_data.rule_coll,0)))+(nvl(branch_data.int_cost,0)*nvl(branch_data
.rule_coll,0))))),branch_data.fcst_ffrnd)*#UNIT#),0)

CLIENT EXPRESSION

if(final forecast >= 0.1 and final forecast <= 0.9,1,round(final forecast,0))

Since the server expression is very complicated which seems to be doing some calculations and since  if conditions cannot be put in the server expression, how will user be able to achieve the requirement that quantity X.1 to X.5 gets rounded to X+1
