Error: "Generic Function Processing Error~DUP_TRAN on THEAD Record" While Importing RTLOG File a Second Time

The batch saimptlogi fails with the following error upon reprocessing records which failed to load to ReSA previously due to bad file format:
"generic function processing error~DUP_TRAN on THEAD record."
Steps to Reproduce:
- Generate a RTLOG file.
- While importing, make sure that the RTLOG file is rejected with error and no records were inserted into Retail Sales Audit (ReSA) tables.
- Try to import the same RTLOG after correcting the issue.
- Notice the batch saimptlogi aborts with this error.
