Unable To Log Into Rdc 4.6 On-Site Test Mode (Doc ID 1281296.1)

After a fresh install of OC 4.6 a user attempts to login to RDC onsite and receives the following error message:

“User does not have access to any RDC accessible studies. Please contact your help desk.”
