'Gzip Compression Filter Unavailable' Error During CCB Login Process (Doc ID 1281386.1)

Symptoms


Following the installation of CCB 2.1.0 Service Pack 6, it is no longer possible to log into the environment.

After entering the user/password credentials on the login screen, the user encounters a HTTP 500 Internal Server error.

A review of the log shows the GZip Compression Filter is unavailable.
