Why Is ITEM_LOC_SOH.CUSTOMER_RESV Not Updated For Customer Orders From SIM? (Doc ID 1281505.1)

Goal

Why is the ITEM_LOC_SOH.CUSTOMER_RESV not updated when Store Inventory Management (SIM) published an Inventory Adjustment message corresponding to a Customer Order to Retail Merchandising System (RMS) ?

Steps to Observe the behavior:

1. Create a Customer Order using SIM Web Service.
2. Notice RK_STORE_ITEM_SOH.CUSTOMER_RESV_QUANTITY is updated with Customer Order quantity.
3. Notice, SIM sends a InvAdjustCre message with FROM_DISPOSITION as Available To Sell (ATS) and TO_DISPOSITION as Customer Order (COR).
4. Notice, ITEM_LOC_SOH.NON_SELLABLE_QTY is updated instead of ITEM_LOC_SOH.CUSTOMER_RESERV.
