Associating a Periodic Charge to a Product Type Causes Subcriptions for this Product Type to be Massively Deleted (Doc ID 1282014.1)

Symptoms

When associating a Periodic Charge to a Product Type in the SMS Screens, all subscriptions for this Product Type are massively deleted.

From the screens, this happens when you do :

Services -> Prepaid Charging -> Subscriber Management
  Product Type Tab
      - Select the relevant "Product Type" and "Edit" it
         - Select "Periodic Charges" from the left hand list
         - Select then "Add" the relevant Periodic Charge

 



Changes

There is no particular change leading to this problem, besides the fact that it exists in version before Oracle Communication Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) versions before 4.3.0.0.
