Active Time Bucket Not Found Errors in ALM 5.2 (Doc ID 1282234.1)

Symptoms

On Asset Liability Management (ALM) 5.2, when attempting to edit an existing active Time Bucket rule with a different or new ALM user,the following error occurs:

ERROR
Active Time Bucket not found.

An hourglass appears and does not go away.

After edit of existing active Time Bucket, same issue occurs even when attempting to create and activate new Time Bucket.

Note: This issue also occurs on ALM 5.1.1.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit existing active Time Bucket with a different user.
2.Name is blank on open and hourglass does not disappear after clicking okon 'Active Time Bucket not found.' message.
