Symptoms

When running an Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Asset Liability Management (ALM), or Profitability Management (PFT) process directly on the server using the command line from $FIC_DB_HOME/bin, you receive an ORA-01017: Invalid Username/Password error:
