Certain types of usages are not being rated. The pipeline log shows that the pricemodel is not found.
Looking into the dump, the impact category was not correctly assigned. When both Standard Zone and usage scenario mapping are used to assign the impact category, it seems that the impact category assigned to the call is based on the one defined in the Standard Zone only.
Error in the log:
The issue was re-tested after pipeline restart and seems this time the scenario was not working anymore.
