Message when attempting to manually cycle PM Master: "Work Order currently exists for this PM Master" (Doc ID 1283814.1)

Goal


When manually cycling some PM Masters I get a message: "Work Order currently exists for this PM Master. Please finish or cancel the existing Work Order before using the Cycle PM Now or Cycle PM Group Now Action".  Please explain.
