CCSBPL=EXE PI Command Fails With "Nack:69-[Input|Output] Fifo Error For BPL" (Doc ID 1285224.1)

Symptoms

The PI command that requests the execution of a BPL fails with the following error message in the PImanager.log

Error ocurred running C function CCSBPL in shared library PI_CCSBPL. Output is CCSBPL=EXE:NACK:69-Input fifo error for BPL BOOSTACT

or

Error ocurred running C function CCSBPL in shared library PI_CCSBPL. Output is CCSBPL=EXE:NACK:69-Output fifo error for BPL BOOSTACT


The basic form of that PI command is :

CCSBPL=EXE:MSISDN=<MSISDN>,BPL=<BPL_NAME>


The PI result file will show :

->admin,admin;
<-DEBUG,ACK;
->CCSBPL=EXE:MSISDN=987654321,BPL=BOOSTACT,SYNSTAMP=2011012016210248;
<-CCSBPL=EXE:NACK:69-Input fifo error for BPL BOOSTACT,SYNSTAMP=2011012016210248;
Disconnected

or

->admin,admin;
<-ACK,SYNSTAMP=2011012016161912;
->CCSBPL=EXE:MSISDN=987654321,BPL=BOOSTACT,SYNSTAMP=2011012016161913;
