1) From the pin schema analysis, there are some partitioned tables that have an extra partition named "PARTITION_MIGRATE". What is this? Is it expected?
2) Why does the documentation states that it's safer to purge data, rather than remove it?
3) Our production environment has a shared pin user that may not have DBA privileges. Is there other way to run "purge/remove" without giving it those privileges? Can we create another "administrative" user to drop partitions?
