Goal

A log message appears twice if edrAddAdditionalStream is used in the Pipeline Manager configuration.

Steps to reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Used an IRule to add an addition output stream in case of discard record.
2. Reject an EDR by the FCT_discard. The discarded record is in two different output files.
3. Note that the message of discarding appears twice in the log file (stream file).
E.g:

bash-3.00$ more Stream_NA0B4302.0A56.DEBRJT.0127.1006151038.log
15.06.2010 10:40:30 The actual log level is normal. All messages with this or higher severity will be logged.
15.06.2010 10:40:30 Beginning to process stream 'NA0B4302.0A56.DEBRJT.0127.1006151038'.
15.06.2010 10:40:30 The EDR with number '00000001' (starting at byteposition: 29) contains the errors :
15.06.2010 10:40:30 EDR discarded by 'Max age filter'.
15.06.2010 10:40:30 The EDR with number '00000001' (starting at byteposition: 29) contains the errors :
15.06.2010 10:40:30 EDR discarded by 'Max age filter'.
15.06.2010 10:40:30 End of the processing of stream 'NA0B4302.0A56.DEBRJT.0127.1006151038'.
