Symptoms

On all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC), when using the SendShortMessageNotifcation (SSMN) node to deliver a Short Message (SMS) notification message to subscribers from an Advanced Control Services (ACS) Control Plan (CP), the following error is being logged by xmsTrigger:
