Integration manager cores when performing and exportTransaction or getAttributes
(Doc ID 1287449.1)
Last updated on FEBRUARY 25, 2019
Applies to:
Oracle Communications IP Service Activator - Version 5.2.4 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
If an integration manager core file is generated when you perform an exportTransaction or getAttributes when you have completed patching or upgrading your IPSA system. This is normally the result of NOT deleting old transactions prior to the system upgraded/patched.
Changes
When an IPSA system has received any type of patch update or upgrade, all transactions should be deleted from the database before performing the upgrade. If you get the core file, it means that the upgrade has been completed and the only option is to now delete the transactions.
