AIA/BRM: ERR_BAD_READ in AIA After the System Idles for a While (Doc ID 1287765.1)

Symptoms

Initial orders for account creation work fine. After letting the system idle for sometime, a user is seeing the ERR_BAD_READ in AIA. After restarting the Oracle Containers for J2EE (OC4J) server and then the order goes through on resubmit.

The error shows as below:
