Constrained planning in Pre-Production:

Have been running a successful ECC constrained plan up until recently with no problems then it started erroring in MSONWL64 module: Memory Based Planner 64-bit Linux with debug enabled with the following error:

Negative Buffer Problem: ITEM/ORG=3176/113; Qty=52906

Program was terminated by signal 11

Things tried:
1. They did remove the item (item name = 011001639, item_id = 3176) that was shown as the last item in the log file and the plan completed successfully for a couple of days. They put the item back in the plan and it runs successfully from time to time, but the error still pops back up intermittently

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run ECC constrained plan
2. Remove offending item noted at bottom of the log from planning
3. Plan is successful
4. Put the item back in the plan - plan fails intermittently
