Weekly GL Files Not Generated (Doc ID 1288274.1)

Symptoms

BRM servers went down due to some reason, while running of GL
After that we found same in progress, data is exist in proc_aud_export_gl_t table
We restarted but not completed.
It is running from 4 days continuously , but there was no files generated for weekly.It is writing only daily files of this month, but no weekly file for last month.
