In Oracle Asset Liability Management (ALM), when you enter a Forecast Balance definition at the node level of the hierarchy, the definition is not pushed down to the leaf level.  For example, you define Forecast Balances as "New Add" at the node level "Asset".  When you run a Dynamic Deterministic Process, the "New Add" balance (Fin Elem 340) is not output for the lower dimension node values under "Asset".  You expect the Forecast Balances definition to be inherited by the child values.

Note: A forecast balance is output at the node level incorrectly.
