In Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), when you run an FTP process against more than a thousand records in the LEDGER_STAT table, FTP only outputs 2,000 records.  For a Ledger Stat FTP process, FTP should output two records for every one input record: one for Financial Element 170 (Avg Transfer Rate) and one for Financial Element 450 (Transfer Charge/Credit).  So, if you have an input data set of 5,000 records, you expect to get at least 10,000 output records.  However, FTP stops outputting records at 2,000.

If you run an FTP process against 800 records in Ledger Stat, all records are processed successfully.  The issue only occurs when FTP has to output more than 2,000 records.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Populate the LEDGER_STAT table with more than 2,000 records
  2. Go to Funds Transfer Pricing
  3. Go to FTP Processing > Standard Process
  4. Create and run an FTP Process against Ledger Stat

The FTP process inserts a maximum of 2,000 records into LEDGER_STAT.
