Symptoms

The following error message is displayed when trying to accept a local event:

"Can not accept local event due to following reason

Insufficient data entered to complete this action."

Steps to Repeat:
1. Log in to Argus Safety
2. Go to Incoming Review screen
3. Try to accept a local event
4. Observe that the system displays above mentioned error message
