Outgoing Calls Dropped In Prepaid Setup (Doc ID 1290303.1)

Goal

In a prepaid setup with AAA--CM--Timos--DM, there was a situation where the outgoing calls could not be made.

After checking further, there seemed to be some issue with the search in the event_session_tlcs_t table for duplicate session ID. As it is taking a longer time, the application(BRM) is not responding to the SCP (service control point) resulting in an outage.
