ORA-20009 Run Target Synchronize Job Error Tieback has terminated with Mappings choices that now require your attention (Doc ID 1290554.1)

Symptoms

On :  5.5.1 version, Oracle Configuration Controls Governor (CCG) monitors setup data in business management applications. It can take “snapshots” that document application setups; compare snapshots with one another, to show how application setups differ; and employ change tracking to monitor changes.

When attempting to complete ERP configuration from CCG at the stage of "CCG component" section, during which the "Run Target Synchronize" job has errorred out.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to CCG as admin user.
2. Navigate to CCG workbench and configure an ERP instance.
3. Complete CCG component section.

4. Terminate the "Configure Configuration Controls Governor" job under the 'View Jobs' screen.

5. Reconfigure ERP instance (CCG Agent and CCG component).
