How do I Enable the Choices in the Drop Down Menu for Global Factors in the Business Modeler?

1. Login to Business Modeler.
2. Choose Data Model.
3. Choose Global Factors.

Other than 'Options', the rest of the choices on the drop down menu are disabled.
