Symptoms

When attempting to access the User Administration screen in Retail Security Manager (RSM) 13.1, the following error occurs.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Sign on to Retail Price Management (RPM).
  2. Change Task to RSM.
  3. Click on User Administration > User Administration.
  4. Observe the error.
