Unable To Access RSM After Connecting to the Application Through LDAP

When attempting to access the User Administration screen in Retail Security Manager (RSM) 13.1, the following error occurs.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Sign on to Retail Price Management (RPM).
- Change Task to RSM.
- Click on User Administration > User Administration.
- Observe the error.
