Symptoms

Recently Installed TMS 4.5.2.

However, there were a lot of Invalid objects in the environment after install which will not compile.

On reviewing the installation log we see that the initial tablespace creation statement failed e.g.

Changes

Upgrade to existing TMS 4.5.1 environment.
