Size of Circuit Label Prevents Entire Name From Being Seen

Symptoms
The number of characters in the circuit label remains constant despite the actual length of the site name. The space available in the circuit label box is fixed. Therefore when a longer circuit label is required the first few characters of the circuit label get obscured by the circuit icon in the GUI.
