Symptoms

In UIM, When you run around fourty parallel orders for service creation with different parties.

After some order processed, UIM stops responding, stays looked for 30 minutes after which it logs some errors in the log file.

The error in UIM Log you see is:

ERROR [<anonymous>] [ServiceWorker] :kodo.util.GeneralException: weblogic.transaction.RollbackException: Transaction timed out after 1799 seconds.
