When logged in to CCB with a Chinese language User ID and a report is selected from the Report History page, if the report is defined in CCB only and has not defined in Crystal Report Server, the page is redirected to errorPage.jsp as expected. When the errorPage.jsp is displayed, however, 'question-mark' characters are displayed instead of the appropriate Chinese characters
