Goal

Unlike most Worklists in Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety, the Worklist > Letters is designed to bring back cases that do not contain certain data.  The common misconception is that this work list will bring back cases that contain the letter in question.  The correct function of this work list is to bring back cases that are eligible for the Current Letter selected in the upper left-hand corner (see circled in image below).
