Does Messaging Server support International Domain Names (IDN) ? And if so, to what extent ?
Email addresses have two parts. The part at the left of the @-sign is the local part of the address, and the part on the right side of the @-sign is the domain name to which the email message will be sent.
This article only touches on the domain name part of an email address.
