Email Address The Output Sent To Is Missing In Error.Log File When Using SMTP (Doc ID 1295716.1)

Symptoms

When using the SMTP option for email while having extended logging turned on, the error.log file does not show the address the output file was sent to.  The file is sent correctly it is just not logged properly.  In the log it only says:
Mail Sent to
