Goal

In Demantra version 7.3.0.1 integrated with EBS/VCP version 11.5.10:

A new enhancement has been included in the Collect Shipment and Booking History collection parameters form.
You can now use a SQL query to identify the order types that should be loaded.

The Demantra Implementation Guide states that the new 'Type Selection' field should appear if the 'Collect All Order Types' parameter is set to No.
However the new field does not appear when entering No in 'Collect All Order Types'.

How do you activate the new parameter field?
