Unable to Connect Testnap (Doc ID 1297002.1)

CM and DM_ORACLE processes are up and running, and login to database is OK, but testnap does not connect and throwing the following errors:

   CM bad login attempt from ip_addr=<IPADDRESS>:17352, err=56(PIN_ERR_BAD_LOGIN_RESULT), field=0(0)
