Refresh Collection Snapshots Fails When MSC Source Setup Required Is Enabled (Doc ID 1297393.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version, Data Collections

When running Refresh Collection Snapshot standalone
in Complete Refresh Mode with MSC: Source Setup Required = Y
the following error occurs

ERROR
-----------------------
User-Defined Exception
Request : ######## :Checks for Snapshots which have changed and Drops them
Source Setup Objects Creation Requests did not complete Successfully
Please check the Log files for the appropriate message:


The log file refers to concurrent request for Drop Change Snapshots
However, Drop Change Snapshots requests completes normal without any errors.
Only the Refresh Collection Snapshot and Drop Change Snapshot requests were generated.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Advanced Supply Chain Planner Responsibility
2. On ERP instance, set the profile MSC: Source Setup Required to Y
3. Submit the Refresh Collection Snapshots concurrent request
