Unable To Create Partitions For Event Tables In Production Environment Using Partition_utils Script

When we execute "partition_utils.pl -o add -t realtime -s 01302011 -q 60 -u day -f" command to create realtime partitions, we are getting a PL/SQL error message.

The issue is found in PINDB database of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management when we try to create partitions for event tables in PRODUCTION environment
