Out Of Study Load Fails With Fatal Error (Doc ID 1297618.1)

Symptoms

Clinical Version 4.6.0


When attempting to perform an "Out of Study Load", where the database server is on a Linux platform, the following errors occur::

ERROR
Fatal Error: data_file_id = nnnnn does not exist.
FatalEerror: Out of Study Load failed due to error(s) detected in <filename>


Steps to reproduce:

1. Copy the data file to the database server

2. In OC, navigate to Conduct -> Out of Study Load -> Batch Load Data Files

3. Enter the following information:
For Name: TEST
For OS File Name: <File name from step 1 above>
For Format Mask: STANDARD
Click Save and Exit

4. In OC, navigate to Conduct -> Out of Study Load -> Load/Prepare/Transfer Batch Data

5. Submit job
