Policy Services Installer fails when including WebLogic Server as part of install (Doc ID 1297711.1)

Symptoms

When installing Policy Services 6.1.3, although the installer gives the user the option to install the Weblogic Server, this is no longer possible. The installer looks for a file called server923_solaris32.bin, however the Weblogic Server installer included on Oracle eDelivery no longer uses a .bin file, instead it is a .jar file.

The error message seen in the /tmp/installer.log file is as follows:
