AIA Is Getting Error While Creating Accounts In BRM As Connection Lost From BRM (Doc ID 1297823.1)

Symptoms

BRM/AIA connectivity issue is causing Order Resubmission fail. Basically, Order submitted from CRM AIA should create paying account (BAN) and non-paying account (SAN) in pair, but it creates only BAN in BRM, and AIA is getting an error as connection lost which is making the issues as the Paying account created in BRM but SANs not.  Current workaround is a manual clean-up the BAN account and resubmit the order.

Logs from AIA console:



There is no CM and DM log files. There is no CM nor DM core file either.
