Unable to create a new direct charge when clicking on the action Direct Charges in the Work Order module. Instead the user is taken to the search screen of the Direct Charges Module. On clicking the Direct Charges Action from the WO Task, if there are no existing records for the matching Employee Number and date, the application does not give an option to create a new Direct Charge record.
