All ALM Processes with TP Selected Fail with PLS-00905 VALIDATE_NODE_MAP_NONTP is Invalid (Doc ID 1298627.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Asset Liability Management (ALM) 5.2, you are trying to run an ALM Static Deterministic process that includes a Transfer Pricing Rule.  The rule fails and the following error is in the ofsrm.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.log in $FIC_DB_HOME/log/FusionApps:

VALIDATE_NODE_MAP_NONTP is invalid ORA- 06550: line 1,
column 15: PL/ SQL: Statement ignored Driver Function:

validate_node_map_nontp(5354074.000000, 4, 5354043.000000, -
1.000000, - 1.000000);end;

As a result of the error, the ALM process does not output any rows.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Go to Asset Liability Management
  2. Go to ALM Processing > Static Process > Static Deterministic
  3. Run an ALM Process that includes a Transfer Pricing rule in the Calculation Elements screen
  4. Review the ofsrm log in $FIC_DB_HOME/log/FusionApps
