FCT_Rounding And Customer Search Taking More Time In Production Environment During EDR Processing

Symptoms

FCT_rounding and Customer search taking more time in production environment.

After complete migration in Production, we are seeing the Customer search and Rounding
modules are taking much longer.


Customer Search:
--------------------
The FCT_CustomerSearch is spending 51 secs for 1066 EDRs in production.

During our performance tests, this was only taking 4 to 5 seconds.


Rounding:
-------------
Extract of time taken by the rounding module for 9327 EDRs, time taken by rounding module is much longer than the time taken by the rest of functional modules. E.g.
