Service Order Updates Do Not Update Features (Doc ID 1298713.1)

Goal

When the service order is set to complete by the provisioning agent, the service order status is changed to complete but related features of the service order do not get changed from provisioning to complete.
Similarly, service status does not get updated.

An user was using simulating response from agent with the testnap.
The opcode is as shown below:
