Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) 7.2

Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) infrastructure, you are trying to create a new Data Source that must exist before you can install the 5.2 applications.  You go to Data Integrator Framework > Warehouse Designer > Data Sources and try to define a new "RDBMS" source.  However, when you go to select a value from the JDBC Drivers list, the list is empty and you cannot select a JDBC Driver.  As a result, you cannot complete the Data Source creation process.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Go to Unified Metadata Manager
  2. Go to Data Integrator Framework > Warehouse Designer > Data Sources
  3. Under "Define Sources", select Source Type: "RDBMS"
  4. Fill in all required information.
When you get to the "JDBC Drivers" list of values, the list is empty.
