Goal

During trial invoice generation in production, several trial invoices are not displaying any item charges.

Comparing the logs for a successful account and the failing one, the successful account, after ‘Result of item_search’, OBRM internally calls for ‘STEP_SEARCH: event search flist’ that ties the EVENTS to their respective ITEMS. This part is missing for the failing account, and consequently the events are not being associated to the respective items.

As a result, item charges are not being picked up by the prep_invoice and were not displayed in the trial invoice.
