MetaSolv Crashes With "Error 2" When You Attempt To Pull Contact Info On An InService Telephone Number (TN) From a Completed PSR (Doc ID 1300505.1)

MetaSolv Solution Software (tbs.exe) crashes when you attempt to pull Contact info on an InService Telephone Number (TN) from a completed PSR.

The tbs.exe application crashes with an "Error 2" when you attempt to pull up Contact Info on an InService TN from a completed or order finished PSR order.

1.  Query for and open a PSR order that has TN's and is in a Finished status
2.  Click on the "View Telephone Numbers" and select an InService TN (Telephone Numbers page opens)
3.  Click on "Inventory and Assign" tab 
4.  Under "Assignment" tab right click on the TN
5.  Click on the "Contact Info" tab.
     The "No contact information is available" message pops up.
6.  Click "OK" and the app crashes with a Error 2
