Purpose

About pin_notify in Oracle Communications - Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 7.4: only if we make an "exact" entry of the event in pin_notify, then the corresponding opcode will be called.

In 7.0 version, for the payment notification, there is only one entry /event/billing/payment which is mapped in the pin_notify file. But in 7.4 we need to make the exact entry like /event/billing/payment/cash, cc etc.. then only the corresponding opcode will be called.
