CTM fails to launch (Doc ID 1300887.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to invoke the CTM UI the following error is encountered in the java console or in the ctm.log file (located in $IPSA_HOME/modules/logs) :


2011-02-24 15:14:09 ERROR :::Exception, logging in
2011-02-24 15:14:09 ERROR XtmOSAHelper (login failed) session==null
2011-02-24 15:14:09 ERROR XtmSessionImpl (XtmException) message=XtmOSAHelper (login failed) session==null
2011-02-24 15:14:09 ERROR TemplateManager (XtmException) message=XtmOSAHelper (login failed) session==null
